The best running shoes!I am not a serious seasoned runner - more a plodding jogger, but I had been getting shin, knee and hip issues wearing a respected brand of trainers. I switched to Vibram, and so many issues just disappeared.

I love these shoes. Incredibly comfortable from straight out of the box (I do have another pair of five fingers that I run in) nice grippy sole without feeling sticky. I walk and run in them. My new favourites though they are a fair weather shoe only as not waterproof.
